It’s simple. You complete a short online intake form with your health information, and a licensed provider reviews it, usually the same day. Depending on the service, you may also have a live video consultation with your provider. If you’re a good fit, they’ll create a personalized care plan and reach out with next steps. There’s no need to visit a clinic.
Yes. Your intake is reviewed by a licensed healthcare provider who makes all clinical decisions. This isn’t an automated system. A real provider evaluates your information, and they have the authority to approve, adjust, or decline treatment based on what’s right for you. Some services also include a live video visit with your provider.
Absolutely. All personal and medical data is transmitted and stored using encrypted, HIPAA-compliant systems. Your information is only shared with the provider reviewing your case. It is never sold or used for marketing.
Most patients receive a response within 24 hours of completing their intake. During high-volume periods it may take slightly longer, but you’ll be notified of your status every step of the way.
