Depending on the service, you may also have a live video consultation with your provider. If you’re a good fit, they’ll create a personalized care plan and reach out with next steps. There’s no need to visit a clinic.

Yes. Your intake is reviewed by a licensed healthcare provider who makes all clinical decisions. This isn’t an automated system. A real provider evaluates your information, and they have the authority to approve, adjust, or decline treatment based on what’s right for you. Some services also include a live video visit with your provider.
